All about me Unit

 Nursery  

Our first two weeks of school have been amazing. We have been working on our ' All About Me' unit, discovering all about ourselves and the ways in which we are the same and different. like our hair colour, eye colour, how we are different heights but may even be the same age! It was very interesting to see the children spending time in front of the mirror and discussing their different features. We also talked about our emotions and how these emotions make us feel. How do we feel when we are happy, sad, angry, scared, tired, shy and excited. I hope you enjoy all the photos of your children.

By coloring the people cut outs I noticed that the children were asking questions and discussing with each other where to put the eyes and the fingers and the toes and all the body parts that they thought of.
